Shipping policy

Alice & Ivy Cotton co. deliver Australia Wide, and limited International Countries

We use Sendle to transport our standard freight, please check their website in relation to PO BOXES and restrictions.

Express Parcels are delivered via Australia Post.

For International parcels we use Sendle & Auspost ( America, Canada, United Kingdom & New Zealand) note express services are unavailable at this time 

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless during peaks times whereby weekend delivery is made possible by our carriers. 

All orders delivered with either Australia Post or Sendle have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at info@aliceivycottonco.com.au

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service but depending on location it is 2-7 days (international 10-28days). Please choose Express shipping if your parcel is urgent (only available for Australian parcels)

Only available in the Hills area as per below Map. Deliveries will be contactless, and left in a safe place on Porch or as per instruction given in cart by customer. We take no responsibility for parcels once delivery is made.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and we can advise you of next steps 

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
